Hiring manager chat: We’ll start with a phone interview, where you can tell us about your relevant experience and skills. This is a chance for you to learn about us, too. Think of it as a first step to calculating our chemistry with one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet the team: During this stage, we’ll open up the conversation to other LSB-ers. You’ll meet with a few cross-functional team members and really dive into your relevant experience, shining successes, important career learnings and unique qualities. This is a chance for us to get to know each other better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our interviews, we ask candidates to respond to questions using the STAR method. STAR stands for situation, task, action and result of the situation \u2013 please be prepared to discuss each when you respond to interview questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ll make sure there\u2019s time for you to ask questions you have about the role, the team, future career opportunities and more. In cases where we have to conduct an interview remotely, we’ll be sure to provide an opportunity for you to visit the office location during the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
